1. Players must be 18 years of age at the time the Irish Open 2008 tournament commences. Players will be required to show a valid piece of photo I.D. before receiving their seat & table assignments in the Irish Open 2008 main event.

3. By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by the CakePoker.

6. Players in the Irish Open main event qualifiers understand that they will play in the Irish Open main event , March 19th to 24th, 2008 in Dublin, Ireland. Players unable to travel and play in the Irish Open main event will forfeit the seat portion of their prize package.
   
7. Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Players are advised to check Visa and Passport requirements for entering Ireland.
   
8. CakePoker is responsible for player’s registration in the 2008 Irish Open €4500 main event ($6700 USD value).
   
9. CakePoker agrees to pay $1800 USD to the winner’s Real Money Account Balance upon completion of the online tournament win, when valid proof of age is received (valid piece of Photo ID). Identification must match the personal detail as displayed on the winner's CakePoker real money player's account.
   
10. Players competing in the Irish Open 2008 main event agree to wear at least one visible piece of CakePoker logo gear during all time spent in the main event, where permitted by the host casino, CityWest Hotel and local filming authorities.
    
11. One Irish Open 2008 Prize Package on the CakePoker Network per player will be permitted.
    
12. As an Aussie Millions 2008 Prize Package winner on the CakePoker Network, the player agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Irish Open tournament.
    
13. CakePoker management decisions are final.
