$1 Million Guaranteed!
The Everest Poker Avalanche has returned! They listened to the feedback, and created an even better tournament for 2008. The guarantee will still be $1,000,000, but with an improved qualification structure we’ll give a better chance for more players to qualify.
What’s unchanged from last year is the fabulous finale: the last 10 players – plus 1 guest each – will be flown to play the final table live. A free vacation weekend plus a share of $1,000,000 – what could be better?

How to qualify:
The Avalanche is truly a tournament for everyone, catering to players of all skill levels and bankrolls:
- Enter a Round 1 satellite if you're seeking great value with little up-front risk. They run several times a day with buy-ins of only $3+.30 and $11+1.
- Players looking to save time can jump into our nightly Round 2 satellites for just $100+9.
- Do you have a big bankroll and want to skip right to the top? Then enter our weekly Round 3 satellites for $500+30, or the Avalanche Online Final for $3000+150.
The Avalanche Online Final will be held on May 10th, 2008, at 15:00 GMT, and will stop when ten players remain. These ten finalists will win a trip to play the live final table at our live location!

We have made the payout structure attractive to all players. Not only is the Avalanche winner guaranteed at least $200,000, but we will be paying out 100 places. It’s a player friendly structure that will leave many players with a sizable cash prize.
