Antigua vs. USA

Gambling Compliance says the dispute between Antigua and Barbuda’s and the US over the provision of online gaming services to US customers appears to be heading for arbitration, with the main point of contention the way compensation should be calculated. The US trade representative says Antigua’s demand for US$3.4bn is nearly four times larger than its entire economy, US$500,000 being given as a more realists figure. The island nation “has responded forcefully by saying those figures are meaningless because they simply do not include gambling”.
